This specimen was lot 452 in Aureo sale 269 (Barcelona, July 2015), where it sold for €650 (about US$840 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1851. Isabel II. Madrid. CL. Doblón de 100 reales. Leves golpecitos. Escasa. MBC/MBC+. (Spain, Isabel II, one hundred reales of 1851, Madrid mint, light marks, scarce, very fine or better.)"
This denomination, struck in various forms 1850-64, replaced the eighty reales de vellon of 1811-48, which in turn superseded the two escudos of the old regime, last struck 1833. This date is scarce.
