This specimen was lot 4466 in Sincona sale 95 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$347 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Solothurn, Stadt und Kanton, 10 Batzen 1794, Solothurn. Dreiblättriger Laubrand. Vorzüglich. (Switzerland, canton of Solothurn, ten batzen of 1794, Solothurn mint. Extremely Fine.)"
This type was struck 1787-88, 1791 and 1794. This denomination was struck along with a twenty batzen (KM 57), five batzen (KM 50) and ten kreuzer (KM 49). Ten batzen was one quarter thaler.
