This specimen was lot 75307 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $109. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. Silesia. 3 Kreuzer, 1697-MMW. Breslau Mint. Leopold I. PCGS MS-62." This type was struck for the emperor 1665-72, 1693-98, 1705. It is fairly common. Martin Maxmilián Wackerl was mint warden at Breslau 1685-1702 and stamped these coins 1693-98. Similar three kreuzer were also struck at Brieg (KM 516) but have initials CB.
