This specimen was lot 852 in Stephen Album sale 41 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2021), where it sold for $560. The catalog description[1] noted, "SIKH EMPIRE: AR rupee, Lahore, VS[18]95, VS1885 series, superb strike, rare in mint state quality! PCGS graded MS62, ex Jess A. Yockers Collection." This product of the Lahore mint is noted for VS1893-1903. Many other mints in the Sikh empire issued rupees.
