This specimen was lot 20281 in Stack's Bowers 2018 NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $2,400. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxony. Ducat, 1657. Johann Georg II (1656-80). PCGS AU-55 Secure Holder. Vicariat issue. A handsome example, sharply struck with just a light layer of translucent tone and nice remaining luster." On this occasion, the elector also minted a double ducat (KM 464), 3 ducat (KM 465), 4 ducat (KM 466), 5 ducat (KM 467), 6 ducat (KM 468), 8 ducat (KM 469), 10 ducat (KM 470) plus various silver issues.
