This specimen was lot 75156 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $219.60. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Savoy. Soldo, 1567. Chambéry Mint. Emmanuel Philibert I. PCGS AU-53." This type was struck 1563-81 at Chambéry, Aosta, Bourg-en-Bresse, Nice, Turin and Vercelli. The star mintmark for Chambéry is below the shield on the obverse; the initials EB on the reverse are for Etienne Bourges. Twenty soldi made a lira.
