This specimen was lot 1556 in Sincona sale 38 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 600 CHF (about US$720 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Carlo Felice, 1821-1831 20 Lire 1822. Torino Sehr selten. Vorzüglich. Minimale Kratzer. Übliche Prägeschwäche auf Rs. (kingdom of Sardinia, Charles Felix, 1821-31, twenty lire of 1822, Turin mint. Very rare, Extremely fine, Minimal scratches, As usual, weakly struck on reverse.)"
This type was struck at Turin (shown here) and Genoa 1821-31. This is a rare date.
