This specimen was lot 2170 in Stephen Album sale 43 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2022), where it sold for $540. The catalog description[1] noted, "SARAWAK: Charles J. Brooke, 1868-1917, AE ½ cent, 1886, an attractively toned mint state example, PCGS graded MS62 BN, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This coin is a cent, not a half cent. It was struck 1870, 1879-91 and is common in worn condition. The design was modified 1892-97 to add a hole. No silver coins were issued until 1900. The rajanate is now part of Malaysia.
