This specimen was lot 71517 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it sold for $105. The catalog description^[1] noted, "SARAWAK. Cent, 1885. NGC AU-58 BN. Sharply struck with nice brown surfaces." This denomination was struck 1870, 1879-91 without hole, 1892-97 with hole.

Recorded mintage: 2,140,000, a common date.
