This specimen was lot 1146 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "RUSSIA: AR 20 kopeck, 1928, a wonderful example! PCGS graded MS64, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type of 1924-31 is the last of this denomination struck in silver.
