This specimen was lot 595 in Sincona sale 78 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$120 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Nicholas II. 1894-1917, Poltina 1913, St. Petersburg Mint, VS. Extremely fine." Recorded mintage: 6,420,000 (both assayers).
Specification: 10 g, 0.900 fine silver, this specimen 10.01 g.
