This specimen was lot 1193 in Sincona sale 93 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 500 CHF (about US$693 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas I. 1825-1855, 3 Kopecks 1844, Suzun Mint, SM. 0.5 rouble according to Petrov. Fast vorzüglich, Leicht dezentriert, About Extremely Fine, Slightly off-centered."
This type was struck 1839-47 at Ekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Suzun (shown here) and Izhora. This is a common date of a better mint.
