This specimen was lot 3747 in Sincona sale 43 (Zürich, October 2017), where it sold for 2,500 CHF (about US$2,983 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUMÄNIEN, Carol II. 1930-1940 20 Lei 1940. Bukarest 10. Regierungsjubiläum. Selten. Fast FDC. (kingdom of Romania, Charles II, 1930-40, twenty lei of 1940, Bucharest mint, on the tenth anniversary of the reign. Rare, About uncirculated.)"

Catalog reference: Schäffer/Stambuliu 109. Schl. 22. Fr-20.
