The first specimen was lot 2041 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €2,200 (about US$2,965 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIEN, RETEGNO, Antonio Tolomeo Trivulzio-Gallio, 1708-1767. Tallero 1726, Retegno. RR Hübsche Patina, vorzüglich. (commune of Retegno, Antonio Tolomeo Trivulzio-Gallio, 1708-1767, tallero of 1726, Retegno mint. Rare, handsome patina, extremely fine.)"

The second specimen was lot 3020 in Sincona sale 83 (Zürich, May 2023), where it sold for 900 CHF (about US$1,205 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted, "Retegno, Antonio Tolomeo Gallio-Trivulzio, 1708-1767. Tallero 1726, Retegno. Portrait des Herrschers nach rechts. Rv. Wappenmantel. Dreiblättriger Laubrand. Gutes sehr schön (obverse: portrait of the baron right; reverse: mantled arms. Good very fine). Exemplar aus Aretusa SA, Zürich, Auktion 1, Lot 500." This is only crown from this insignificant barony in the duchy of Milan for the eighteenth century.
