This specimen was lot 2381 in Goldberg sale 117 (Los Angeles, September 2020), where it sold for $444. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Prussia. 20 Marks, 1895-A. Wilhelm II. Very Fine." This type, issued 1890-1913, is common and is a product of the Berlin mint (mintmark "A").
