This specimen was lot 2810 in Künker sale 439 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €1,600 (about US$2,201 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"REICHSGOLDMÜNZEN, PREUSSEN Wilhelm II., 1888-1918. 10 Mark 1894 A. Sehr seltener Jahrgang. Winz. Randfehler, sehr schön. (kingdom of Prussia, William II, 1888-1918, ten mark of 1894. Very rare date, minor edge bumps, very fine.)"
This type, issued 1890-1912, is common and is a product of the Berlin mint (mintmark "A").
Recorded mintage: 18,000.
Specification: 3.98 g, 0.900 fine gold, 19.5 mm diameter, decorated edge.
