This specimen was lot 73416 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $70. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 20 Zlotych, 2003 MW. Warsaw Mint. PCGS PROOF-69 Cameo. An attractively designed square-shaped issue with sharp frost on the obverse surfaces and highly reflective reverse fields." This NCLT honors John Paul II's twenty-fifth anniversary as pope. Other twenty zlotych of 2003 include Y-449, Y-452 and Y-478.
