This specimen was lot 1060 in Jean Elsen sale 139 (Brussels, December 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"POLOGNE, République (1919-), AV 100 Zlotych, 2002. Wladislaw II Jagiello (1386-1434). Flan poli. (republic of Poland, since 1919, gold hundred zlotych of 2002, Wladislaw II Jagiello, 1386-1434, Proof.)"
This late medieval king merged Poland and Lithuania.
Recorded mintage: 2,200, all proofs.
Specification: 8 g, 0.900 fine gold, 21 mm diameter.
