This specimen was lot 24800 in Heritage sale 3030 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $10,575. The catalog description[1] noted, "Alexander I 10 Zlotych 1822-IB, AU58 PCGS, a most attractive piece with well-struck details and rich gray toning. The surfaces retain an appealing gloss and display just a few tiny contact marks. Very rare in this quality and a coin with excellent eye appeal." This issue was struck 1820-22 while Poland was under Russian rule (1815-1918). Ten złotych equaled one and a half rubles. Russian coinage for Poland ended in 1841.
