This specimen was lot 75299 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $129. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 3 Groschen (Trojak), 1600-IF. Olkusz Mint. Sigismund III. PCGS MS-61. From the Collection of Kazmier Wysocki, former mayor of Hackensack, New Jersey." This type was struck 1591-1600 at Olkusz, in the south of Poland. KM 6, struck 1601-07, has the king's bust facing left and was probably struck at Cracow.
