This piso was struck for the centennial of Emilio Aguinaldo. It was hoarded and is common today. The currency was reformed in 1967 and all the World War era coinage struck in the USA was demonetized. We don't know where this was struck but by the mid-1970's production was carried out in the Philippines.
Recorded mintage: 100,000.
Specification: 26.45 g, 0.900 fine silver.
