This specimen was lot 1849 in Goldberg sale 112 (Los Angeles, September 2019), where it sold for $409. The catalog description[1] noted, "Papua New Guinea. 100 Kina, 1976. First Independence. Crest of National Bank. In original sealed cachet. Choice Brilliant Proof." This NCLT was struck, packaged and sold by the Franklin mint.
