This specimen was lot 1204 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"DEUTSCHLAND | Nurnberg, City, Reichsguldiner 1660. Mit Titel Leopolds I. Sehr selten. Sehr schön. Henkelspur. (Germany, city of Nuremberg, guldiner of 1660, struck in the name of Leopold I. Very rare, Very fine, Mount mark.)"
The type was struck 1660 only but Nurnberg issued coins of the same denomination 1601-58. The SCWC calls this a half thaler but the weight clearly indicates that this is a two-thirds thaler or gulden.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: silver, this specimen 24.23 g.
