Nurnberg 1650 ducat Fr-1839
This specimen was lot 6584 in Künker sale 336 (Osnabrück, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €650 (about US$851 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NÜRNBERG, STADT, Dukat 1650, mit Titel Ferdinands III. auf den Friedensexekutionshauptrezeß. GOLD. Kl. Knickspur, min. Randfehler, fast vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Nuremberg, ducat of 1650, in the name of Ferdinand III, on the religious peace. A few rim nicks and edge faults, about extremely fine.)"
This type is mentioned in the SCWC as KM 167 with date, KM 168 undated. There is also a klippe ducat from 1650 (Fr-1840).
