This specimen was lot 74871 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2024), where it sold for $145. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Trade Tokens. Wales. North Wales. Copper Farthing Token, 1793. NGC MS-66 Red Brown. Small planchet type. Edge: Plain. Sitting atop the NGC population report, this stunner radiates with intense brilliance and great eye appeal."
