This specimen was lot 1518 in Jean Elsen sale 146 (Brussels, November 2020), where it sold for €260 (about US$379 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, Koninkrijk, Beatrix (1980-2014), AV 10 euro, 2004. Aruba en Nederlandse Antillen. In doosje. Gepolijste Stempel. (kingdom of the Netherlands, Beatrix, 1980-2014, gold ten euro of 2004, Aruba. In capsule, Proof.)"

This denomination is used exclusively for commemoratives. This NCLT was issued to mark the fiftieth anniversary of autonomy for the Netherlands Antilles.
