This type was struck 1892-97 at Utrecht. The 1897 is the commonest date. This date is somewhat scarce and features the queen as a young girl under the regency of her mother. This specimen was lot 24489 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $204. The catalog description[1] noted, "NETHERLANDS. 10 Cents, 1893. PCGS MS-66 Secure Holder. Nicely struck with light iridescent tone and great eye appeal."
