This specimen was lot 1394 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL: Tribhuvan Bir Bikram, 1911-1955, AE paisa, VS1978 (1921), machine struck in a "fine style" and outlined Khukris right over left, a very rare specimen quality strike! PCGS graded Specimen 63 BN, RR." This type was struck VS 1975-1978 (1918-21) and is common. Later paisa were hammered until VS 1987 (1930), see KM 687.3. Many varieties exist. Fifty paisa made a mohar.
