This specimen was lot 1014 in UBS sale 85 (Zürich, September 2010), where it sold for 240 CHF (about US$274 including buyer's fee). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIEN Napoli/Sicilia Ferdinando II. di Borbone, 1830-1859. 120 Grana 1846. Min. just. Vorzüglich. (Naples, Ferdinand II of Bourbon, 1830-59, 120 grana (piastra) of 1846, minor adjustment marks, extremely fine.)"
This type, struck 1840-51, superseded a similar type with a younger bust of Fernando II issued 1835-39. The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies was annexed to Italy in 1860 but remains poor, backward and corrupt.
