This specimen was lot 1620 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €130 (about US$180 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, NAPLES, Charles III de Bourbon (1734-1759), AR 9 cavalli, 1756. D/ B. cuir. à d., les cheveux longs. R/ Valeur 9 dans un cartouche orné, entre M-M. Rare. (Italy, kingdom of Naples, Charles III of Bourbon, 1734-59, silver nine cavalli of 1756. Obverse: armored bust right with long hair; reverse: value in an ornate cartouche. Rare, Very Fine.)"

This type was struck 1756-57 and was worth 1/160 of a piastra.
