This specimen was lot 77617 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Silver 5 Onza, 2003-Mo. Mexican (Potosi) Mint. PCGS MS-67." This type was struck in small numbers 1996-2024. The mintage shown here is typical.
