This specimen was lot 3173 in Sincona sale 94 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 275 CHF (about US$381 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Luzern, Stadt und Kanton, 5 Batzen 1813, Luzern. Fast FDC. (Switzerland, canton of Luzern, five batzen of 1813, Luzern mint. About Uncirculated.)"
This five batzen was struck 1813-14 and was one-eighth of a thaler or half a franc. The 1813 shows up about twice as often as the 1814.
Recorded mintage: 61,203.
