This specimen was lot 2505 in Goldberg sale 103 (Los Angeles, February 2018), where it sold for $258.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Lithuania. 50 Litu, 2011. European Basketball Championship. In original case with certificate. Gem Proof." This NCLT was accompanied by a copper-nickel one litas (KM 177).
Recorded mintage: 5,000.
Specification: 3.10 g, 0.999 fine gold, 16.25 mm diameter, 0.100 troy oz AGW.
