This specimen was lot 2614 in Sincona sale 87 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 350 CHF (about US$471 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIEN, Repubblica Liguria, 1798-1805. 8 Lire 1804 / Anno VII, Genova. Vorzüglich. Leicht justiert. (Italy, Ligurian Republic, 1798-1805, eight lire of 1804, Genoa mint. Extremely fine, Minor adjustment marks.)"
This type was struck 1804 only altho a similar 8 lire was struck 1798-99 (Dav-1371).
