This specimen was lot 778 in Stephen Album internet sale 28 (Santa Rosa, CA, July 2024), where it sold for $84. The catalog description^[1] noted, "LAOS: People's Democratic Republic, AV 500 kip, 2008, peacock, PCGS graded PF69 Deep Cameo, ex Howard A. Daniel III Collection." This is one of a series of NCLT's made and sold to collectors. We don't know if any made it to Laos.
