This type is listed for 2000 and 2006-15. It is the only issue of this denomination by Abdullah II, who ascended the throne in 1999. In 1992, Jordan dropped the fils (1/1000 diinar) and replaced it with the piastre (1/100 dinar). As of August 2023, one Jordanian dinar = US$1.41, making this coin worth about US$0.07.
