This type is listed for 2000, 2006, 2008-09 and 2015 but not 2012. It is the only issue of this denomination by Abdullah II, who ascended the throne in 1999. As of August 2023, one Jordanian dinar = US$1.41, making this coin worth about US$0.70.

Specification: 9.67 g, bimetallic copper-nickel center in a brass ring, 29 mm diameter.
