This specimen was lot 57479 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2024), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "JERSEY. 1/12 Shilling, 1931. London Mint. George V. NGC MS-64 Red Brown." The Jersey 1/12 shilling was equal to the British penny. This type was struck 1931, 1933 and 1935 and is common.
Recorded mintage: 204,000 plus proofs.
