This specimen was lot 2159 in Stephen Album sale 27 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2017), where it sold for $188. The catalog description[1] noted, "JAIPUR: Man Singh II, 1922-1949, AR nazarana rupee, Sawai Jaipur, 1948 year 27. Citing George VI on obverse, superb strike, About Unc, RR, ex Paul Stevens Collection." The SCWC lists this type for years 20 thru 28. By 1950, the government of India had stripped all the princes of their sovereignty and the princely coinage ended.
