This specimen was lot 42311 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $1,440. The catalog description[1] noted, "INDIA. Jaipur. Mohur, Year 20 (1941). Sawai Jaipur Mint. Man Singh II (under George VI as Emperor). NGC MS-64. A pleasing and wholly charming Mohur delivers enchanting luster, with a full strike and exceptional charm throughout. Jaipur Mohurs seldom survive in this handsome of shape with this example being the sole finest certified example yet holdered by NGC. A treasure for the collector of Princely States issues." The SCWC lists this type for years 20 thru 28, with all dates expensive.
