This specimen was lot 23118 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $600. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREENLAND. Ivigtut. 5 Ore, ND (ca. 1882). PCGS MS-62 Secure Holder. Approximately 27.3 x 1 mm. Zinc issue. Listed in Sieg as "RRR" which is noted as two or three examples known. Produced by the Cryolite Mining and Trading Company located at Ivigtut in southwestern Greenland. Ex: Virgil Brand." This series issued by the Ivigtut Cryolite Mining & Trading Co. includes one, five, ten, 50, 100 øre plus rare 500, 1000 øre and 20 kroner, all in zinc.
