This specimen was lot 4132 in Goldberg sale 80 (Los Angeles, June 2014), where it sold for $587.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Greenland. 10 Kroner, 1922. Copper-Nickel. Seated polar bear. NGC graded MS-65." This one year type is not difficult to find except in choice condition. The SCWC notes that this type, once rare, has become more plentiful with the release of a hoard. Tho minted in Copenhagen, it is only a private token for use in company stores.
Recorded mintage: 10,706 but most not issued.
