This specimen was lot 3570 in Goldberg sale 104 (Los Angeles, June 2018), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "Israel. New Sheqel, 1991. Wildlife. Dove and cedar tree. Choice Brilliant Proof." This NCLT honoring wildlife of the Bible was accompanied by a silver one new sheqel (KM 220), a silver two sheqalim (KM 221) and a gold five sheqalim (KM 222).

Recorded mintage: 2,515 proofs.

Specification: 3.48 g, 0.900 fine gold, 18 mm diameter, 0.100 ounce AGW.
