This specimen was lot 23074 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Las Vegas, August 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRELAND. 10 Pence, 1975. PCGS SPECIMEN-65 Gold Shield. An attractive gem quality example of the type with flashy fields and simple, elegant design." This type was struck 1969-86. It superseded the old florin of the sterling system. All dates are common tho some of the Specimens are rare. The size was reduced in 1993. Ireland adopted the euro in 2002 and all this coinage is obsolete.
