PCGS PROOF-64+ Brown. This beautiful proof specimen delivers a sharp and crisp eye appeal, with some handsome touches of blue tone throughout. A pleasing piece that is assured a number of excited and strong bids." British issues for Ireland in the nineteenth century were erratic and sparse. This type was struck 1822-23.
