This specimen was lot 6797 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2017), where it sold for $587.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRELAND. Shilling, 1555. Philip & Mary (1554-58). NGC VF-25. Portcullis Mint Mark. Weakly struck in centers as is usual for the issue with decent portraits. Light attractive grey toning with luster amongst the protected areas. From the Michael Druck Collection. Ex: Stack's December 9-10, 1992, Lot #3450."
