This specimen was lot 2655 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "SAFAVID: Tahmasp I, 1524-1576, AV 1/6 mithqal, Shiraz, AH930, EF, ex Dabestani Collection. About 10 examples of Shiraz 930 are recorded on CoinArchives, weights between 0.76g and 0.80g, thus conclusively corroborates the existence of the 1/6 mithqal decomination." The Checklist of Islamic Coins notes one, half and quarter mithqals but not the sixth.
