This specimen was lot 47740 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2026), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAN. Qajar Dynasty. 1/5 Toman (2000 Dinars), AH 1329 (1911). Tehran Mint. Ahmad Shah. NGC AU-58. From the Genden Collection." This type was struck AH 1328-1330 along with a silver 2000 dinars (KM 1040).
