This specimen was lot 2695 in Stephen Album sale 39 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "QAJAR: Fath 'Ali Shah, 1797-1834, AR qiran, Tuysirkan, AH1241, very rare mint, lovely strike, especially on reverse, choice VF-EF, RR, ex Dabestani Collection." Tuysirkan is a scarce mint, one of at least 26 that struck this type. Dates AH 1242-1243 are also recorded for this type.
