This specimen was lot 2910 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $119. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRITISH INDIA: George V, 1910-1936, 2 annas, 1918 (c), NGC graded MS64." The two annas, originally a silver coin (KM 515), was switched to copper-nickel in 1918 and struck to this design until 1936. Similar two annas were struck for George VI until 1947. The administration also attempted to circulate copper-nickel four and eight annas but failed. The Bombay mint also minted this type.
